Sofia Nunes is Co-founder of Mambu, mentor and leadership coach. Sofia has been instrumental in building Mambu’s unique and diverse company culture through scaling over the last decade from three to nearly a thousand Mambuvians. She focused on creating an environment where employees can thrive and become their best selves. She is now on a one year break from Mambu, having built its people function from day 1.

Sofia holds a master’s degree in human-computer interaction and she is passionate about using experience design in building high performing, healthy and supportive workplaces.
