Stephen is the chair of the Founders Pledge Investment Committee.

Stephen co-founded European Credit Management which was sold in 2007 when AUM reached €21 billion. He is currently Founder and CEO of Roxbury Asset Management Limited, a liquid alternative focussed manager which acts principally as a family office for Stephen. Stephen served 7 years as a Board Member and Chair of the Investment Committee for the GAVI Alliance and continues to act as advisor to the Committee. He currently also serves as a Trustee and Director of the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, an independent non-profit dedicated to reversing the tide of disinformation worldwide.
